It has a clean and bright cherry red with violet reflections. Intense aroma of black fruits such as blackberry and blueberry and floral aromas reminiscent of violet, with a background of aromatic herbs such as laurel and thyme. In the mouth it is round, fruity, tasty, characteristic of the limestone terroir from which it comes.
FOOD PAIRING: Especially suited for stewed legumes, dry cheeses and blue cheeses. Ideal with roasted or grilled meat, red or white, roasted lamb and cold meats.
